Returns

 Returns are only accepted if the wrong item was shipped or if the item was damaged in transit.  Please take pictures of the damaged item and packaging and then contact us for a Merchandise Return Number (MRN).

  1. Buyers have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date it was received.
  2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.
  3. The item must be returned in the original packaging.
  4. Receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the returned item.

 Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the buyer will be notified and provided with the status of the return.  Any item sent without an MRN will NOT receive a refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be initiated to the original credit card (or other method of payment) used at the time of purchase.  Processing time of refunds will vary depending on the card issuer’s policies. For PayPal accounts, payment transfer will occur in 1-2 business days.

 

Exchanges

If a buyer is unsatisfied with an item received, they may contact us for an exchange minus a 50% restocking fee of the purchase price.

  2. MEN must be requested within 7 calendar days from the date the item was received.
  3. The item must be exchanged in the original packaging.
  4. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.
